Meet the Team!
We want to take a moment and introduce you to our "family." Each horse has his or her own personality, and we are thrilled to introduce you to them. To view the bio's of our Ranch hands, click here.

Candy has been with us the longest. She is the first horse we purchased. She is a 15 year old Quarter Horse and loves children. She is especially sensitive to children with special needs and enjoys taking them on trail rides.
Bo is a 12 year old grey Quarter Horse. He and Leroy are best friends and spend a lot of time hanging out together. Bo enjoys trail rides, but his favorite thing is to share his hay pile with Leroy.
Bogie is a 13 year old Quarter Horse. He is a certified reigning horse and competed with his previous owner. Now he enjoys a simpler life by giving trail rides and hanging out with his pasture buddies.
Dixie is a 15 year old Quarter Horse mare. She is a trained team roping horse, loves children and loves to lope out on the trail. Her pasture buddies are Bo and Dara. She doesn’t like that Leroy is so bossy.
Gator is an 11 year old Pony of America. Gator is a retired rodeo pony. He use to compete in barrel racing and pole bending, but now spends his time arguing with Leroy, eating hay and hanging out with the boys.
Hannah is the newest member of our ranch family. She is a 9 year old white Percheron mare. She weighs about 1800 lbs. and pulls our carriage and hitch wagon. She also enjoys taking folks out on trail rides.
Leroy is a vital part of Ironstone Ranch. He is the official “watchdog” and oversees all ranch activities. If anyone gets out of line Leroy is the one who sets them straight. He enjoys eating carrots and tagging along on trail rides.
Montana is an 11 year old black Percheron gelding and weighs about 1800 lbs. His brother Doc is 21. Together they pull our hitch wagon and they also love to go on trail rides. Montana especially enjoys giving birthday kisses.
Rastus is the boss of the herd. He is always very watchful over what’s going on and he is quick to discipline anyone who needs it. He is an 11 year old Appaloosa and is Mark’s personal horse. Rastus takes his job very seriously and loves to work on the trail.
Our Team of Ranch Hands

Mark & Jamileh have been married for nearly 24 years. They have two beautiful daughters ages 19 & 17. They both have degrees in Large Animal Science from Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, PA, and enjoy having the ability to use their education in a practical way.

Mark has enjoyed horses and horseback riding his whole life. He especially enjoys being able to combine his love of horses with his love of people and always makes people feel right at home.

Jamileh has been riding since she was 4 years old. She has been a stay-at-home home school mom for the past 20 years. She loves to trail ride, swim, hike and take her daughter Hayley to rodeos.

Hayley is Mark & Jamileh’s youngest daughter. She is nearly 18 years old and is a member of the Central PA Youth Rodeo Association. She is the 2011 All- Around Champion Cowgirl and competes in barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying, team roping & break-away roping.
